at gunpoint in Riverhead.
The incident happened Monday night near "El
Chapincito Deli" on East Main Street and Prospect Place.
Police say one of the suspects pointed a gun at the
victim, while the other suspect went through the victim's pockets.
The men
took off with the victim's wallet.
Officers believe the men ran into the River Pointe
Apartment complex down the block on East Main Street and then later took off in
a gray or silver Mercedes.
Anyone
with information on the attack is asked to call police.
