Police have identified the man who was hit and killed in Flanders on Sunday.
Julio Sicay-Perez, 43, was hit by two cars
around 7:30 p.m. after he ran out into traffic on Flanders at Route 105.
The drivers of both cars remained at the scene.
Police had released a picture of the Flanders resident’s tattoo in the hopes that someone would recognize him.
