Brooklyn subway shooting suspect Frank James is scheduled to plead guilty to federal terrorism charges.
The 63-year-old is accused of boarding an N train on April 12, setting off a smoke bomb and shooting 10 people in Park Slope. All victims survived.
Defense attorneys requested to reschedule the trial to a later date because they needed more time to prepare. Prosecutors filed a letter after this, opposing an adjournment of the trial that had been scheduled for Feb. 27.
The judge denied the defense request to adjourn the trial on Tuesday.
The next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 3.
