Police say they've arrested the man who threatened two women with a hammer, raping one and attempting to rape the other.Anthony Moore, 19, is accused of raping a woman near a Bushwick train station and attempting to rape another in her apartment near Stone Avenue. In both incidents, the suspect was armed with a hammer.Charges against Moore are pending.
