The man accused of intentionally starting a fire in Westchester Square is expected to face a judge today.
William Crean faces second-degree arson and reckless endangerment charges for the blaze that caused $2 million in property damage at five businesses in March 2009.
If found guilty, Crean could spend up to 25 years behind bars.
