The Amazon warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn is delivering 100,000 packages per week this holiday season.
While that may seem like a lot, the company says it has been preparing for this all year to make sure that it meets the needs of its customers.
Amazon wants last-minute shoppers to know about shopping options.
New York City spokesperson Smitha Rao says if you're not a Prime member, it's important to join.
Rao says it gives customers access to millions of deals, as well as more shipping options.
Amazon also wants to remind customers that if they can't be home for holiday deliveries or if need a more convenient option, they can choose to have packages delivered to Amazon lockers.
The company says Amazon customer service is also available 24/7 to help out if a package has not arrived or is missing.
