The Town of Oyster Bay is waiving all adoption fees at its animal shelter for the month of September.
Fees are typically $80 per dog and $84 per cat.
The animal shelter is also offering a free rabies vaccination clinic on Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
