Bronx parents are spending the summer trying to keep their teens from spending too much time on their phones and other gadgets, but a new app is pushing youths to explore science and music. The app, called Biophilia, was created with help from musician Bjork. It puts interactive musical and scientific learning right at teens' fingertips. The educational app is part of a free New York City Public Library program.
