Nearly three decades later, a decision was made in a Wesleyan University teen abuse case.
Connecticut's appellate court says the university is not responsible for the alleged sexual abuse of teen boys in its basketball facilities and dorms between 1982 and 1984.
A 2017 lawsuit claims an advisor met the then-13- and 15-year-olds at the basketball facility before bringing them to his room.
There is no word on an appeal yet.
