Police say they have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a woman in Brownsville. According to authorities, 25-year-old Bernsley Barthelemy has been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Kazan Raoul.

According to authorities, 25-year-old Bernsley Barthelemy has been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Kazan Raoul.
