Police have made an arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of a 47-year-old man outside his Highbridge home Sunday night.
According to authorities, 24-year-old Gabriel Perez shot and killed Ernest Brown at 1348 Webster Ave.
Perez is now facing murder and weapons charges.
