State Assemblyman William Boyland Jr. today pleaded not guilty to bribery charges. The Brooklyn Democrat is accused of soliciting thousands of dollars in bribes from undercover FBI agents posing as businessmen.

State Assemblyman William Boyland Jr. today pleaded not guilty to bribery charges.
The Brooklyn Democrat is accused of soliciting thousands of dollars in bribes from undercover FBI agents posing as businessmen.
Boyland was found not guilty of conspiracy in November after being accused of taking $175,000 in bribes from a hospital executive in exchange for a no-show job to work on the executive's behalf in Albany.
