Police are investigating an overnight shooting at 33 Saratoga Ave. that put a Brooklyn man in the hospital.
Several bullet-riddled cars line the street where residents say they heard at least 20 gunshots between late Thursday night and early Friday morning. Residents believe the gunfire may have come from an automatic weapon.
Sources say the dispute arose from an argument between two groups of men over the defense of a child.
Authorities say the shooting victim is being cared for at Kings County Hospital. Police have not released information regarding arrests in the case, but they are currently probing two other shootings that took place Thursday night.
