The developer of the Atlantic Yards project will now face a third legal challenge.Opponents of the proposed basketball arena say they are filing a lawsuit Thursday to halt the project. A civic associations coalition claims the plan did not get a satisfactory environmental review. Two previous suits claimed that Forest City Ratner wrongfully used eminent domain to seize properties from private home and business owners.The $4 billion plan calls for an arena for the New Jersey Nets and 16 residential and commercial towers. Forest City Ratner has already started demolishing buildings for the development.Related Information:
