Police announced three arrests in connection with a woman's body that was found in a plastic bin in Wakefield.
Officers say the victim, Lauri Duffy, 31, was "hanging out" with three older people last month. They apparently went to sleep and when they woke up she was dead, according to police.
Authorities say during that time, the three suspects dumped her body in the bin at the park on Edson Avenue. Her body was later found by people who lived nearby.
The NYPD arrested Gilree Scott, 67, Dorine Plowden, 62, and Maxine Rodriguez, 59.
All three have been arrested and charged with concealment of a human corpse.
