3ds agoA dump truck driver is wanted for fatally striking a woman Thursday morning in Brooklyn, police say.
The NYPD says 58-year-old Maria Piovanetti was in a crosswalk when a dump truck struck her around 6 a.m. at Tilden and Bedford avenues.
Piovanetti was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver did not stay at the scene.
