FDNY says that a person was struck by a vehicle and taken to Jacobi Hospital for treatment on Tuesday morning.
When News 12 crews arrived at the scene, they saw a baby girl and her father speaking with police.
The baby's stroller was left in the crosswalk and was missing a wheel.
The driver of the city-owned vehicle that struck the baby and her stroller remained at the scene.
The vehicle appears to be owned by the NYC Parks Department. The department has not yet responded to a request for further information.
News 12 saw police give the driver paperwork before they drove off separately.
