Bargain hunters were out early braving the cold temperatures Friday morning in Brooklyn.
Some shoppers arrived as early as 2 a.m. to get discounted items at Target. Others waited in the cold for the big sales at the Gateway Mall. Some of the hot items this year include HD televisions and digital cameras.
Many early bird shoppers say the great savings are worth getting up early for. Others say they head out before dawn to get their holiday shopping done early. Experienced shoppers say the most important thing about shopping early is to have a game plan and a list.
