Legendary musician and Brooklyn native Barry Manilow is celebrating his 72nd birthday Wednesday night at the Barclays Center with what may be his final live performance.
It's the last show scheduled on his "One Last Time" tour.
Fans from around the world converged on the venue early in the evening, calling the show bittersweet.
Manilow introduced himself at the beginning of the show as "Barry from Brooklyn," evoking wild cheering from the crowd.
Fans say they hope Manilow will continue to write music, even if he's no longer performing.
