We all know relationships have a big impact on our mental health. Research has shown good relationships can lower our anxiety and depression, as well as give us higher self-esteem and greater empathy.

But that’s not the situation for everyone. In fact, many of us are lonely and in crisis.

How can we develop a healthy relationship and keep it going once we have it?
