Authorities say
Rondolfo Antonio Salazar-Salazar,33, of Bedford Hills, was arrested on
Saturday.
Police say Salazar-Salazar and the female victim are related.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, sexual abuse and forcible touching.
He was arraigned and released with an electronic ankle monitor. He's due back in Bedford Town Court on Monday.
