Drivers in Belmont are fuming over parking tickets that they say are being handed out unfairly.
Along Crescent and Hughes avenues there are one-hour parking signs, but no meters. Residents claim that traffic agents are ticketing for overtime parking even though they left and came back before the time expired.
Many say that the city should put in meters so that there's a better record of how long a car is parked. Drivers also said they just want agents to be fair and honest.
A spokesperson from the NYPD says the issue is being looked into.
