A factory in Sunset Park is helping vinyl make a comeback in the age of digital downloads.
Brooklynphono, located in the industrial part of Sunset Park, is one of the few vinyl pressing plants in the country.
"We will press anything, absolutely," says production manager Stephanie Cochraine. "We do indie rock, rap, spoken word; if it's audio, we can put it on vinyl."
Brooklynphono started around 15 years ago, working with a few artists. The factory now makes up to 5,000 vinyl records a day with people worldwide.
