A little bit of Broadway came to Brighton Beach to perform for nursing home residents on Friday.

Ballet dancers and other performers put on a show for the seniors at the Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

The show was choreographed by Susanne Jeffery, who stays at the facility every summer. She is a former Rockette and professional ballerina. She says the show, which she choreographed with her ballet students, is her way of thanking the residents and staff.

This was Jeffery's second year putting on the show. She says she plans to keep the tradition going next year, health permitting.
