It's taken apart, and then for the seventh year in a row, it heads to Noblehurst Farms in Livingston County to be recycled into renewable energy - that's some powerful butter.
The American Dairy Association Northeast says the butter specifically can power one house for three days.
Noblehurst Farms is on a mission to reduce food waste, so everything it recycles is enough to power the farm, its creamery and about 350 homes - for a year.
This year's butter sculpture was called “Refuel Her Greatness – Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Title IX.”
It spotlighted female athletes, and how today's athletes refuel with chocolate milk.
