Big SNOW American Dream, the indoor ski and snowboard park at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, will reopen May 27.

The park has been closed since an electrical fire last September. The park will reopen from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Once it reopens, the park will host a snow-studded beach party, including a DJ, live ice sculpting and photo shoot sessions. There will also be prize giveaways throughout the day.

Big SNOW's ceremonial "first chair" will honor representatives from various responding fire departments as a thank you for combatting the fire.

The venue will also offer discounted tickets to responding firefighters and their families interested in hitting the slopes this summer.

Tickets start at $40 and are available online.
