A COLD WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect for most of New Jersey, except the northeastern counties. Feel-like temperatures will reach -10 degrees at time.
FORECAST:
Intense cold continues through the week with low temperatures that are even colder than yesterday. Passing clouds and bold gusts pierce the skin, so it is important to dress carefully and responsibly for this weather. Limit exposure to the outdoors to stay safe. Otherwise, watch your step!
Icy spots continue today, and it will be more difficult to clear today as the snow and ice is solid.
The bitter cold and below freezing temperatures persist through the week before we jump to 32 degrees on Saturday, which would be for the first time in nearly a week. Sunday's temperatures are closer to normal at 40 degrees.
There's a possibility for snow showers on Monday of next week, but nothing is set in stone yet.
