Bitter-cold temperatures and high winds on Tuesday clobbered the borough for the second straight day.
In Coney Island, residents were bundled up with multiple layers despite the painful and whipping winds.
The few people traversing the streets said they were only outdoors to get to their destination, whether it be a bus stop or work.
The cold weather is expected to stay throughout the week.
