New York City is seeing bitterly cold temperatures this
Christmas Eve, marking the second coldest Christmas Eve on record in the
City.
Gov. Kathy
Hochul warned in an address on Saturday that the low temperatures were life
threatening.
"There is not one
place in the state of New York where the temperature is above zero, as far as
the real chill, the real feel temperature, that's what it feels like on your
skin,” said Gov. Hochul.
News 12’s Julia Joseph
spoke to people who were outside as they braved the cold.
