The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce recently put out a study that asks what's next for the borough over the next 100 years.
The chamber looked at many neighborhoods it thinks have the most opportunity for investment and settled on Coney Island. It's now asking the city and state and federal governments to invest there. One goal is to turn Coney Island into a year-round destination.
The study suggests the area desperately needs a convention center and hospitality school to train those looking for jobs in the service industry.
It also mentions investing in a new transportation line called the "X line" that would connect Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
