As Dr. Craig Spencer is in the hospital being treated for Ebola, Brooklyn residents are praying for his full recovery.
Members of God's Miracle House on Flatbush Avenue dedicated their entire Sunday service to the doctor who tested positive for Ebola following a stint treating affected patients in West Africa.
Janet Lovell, the church's minister, says she is very concerned about the possible spread of Ebola. However, she says she was touched to hear that Spencer went to Africa to help those in need.
Doctors at Manhattan's Bellevue Hospital, where Spencer is currently in isolation, say he is receiving antiviral and plasma therapy.
