A Brooklyn lawmaker is demanding justice two months after cars were torched and hateful messages were spray painted along a Midwood block. No arrests have been made in the crime. State Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) says a solution to the apparent hatred may lie in education. "That swastika represents the worst kind of hate in history," Hikind says. "That swastika is responsible for the death of six million Jews and millions of others." Police say the Midwood incident sparked a string of anti-Semitic hate crimes around the borough. More hateful images and messages cropped up in apartment buildings around Brooklyn, according to authorities.Police say the investigation into the Midwood incident is still on-going.
