The restructuring of city schools is drawing criticism from Brooklyn parents who say they are being left out of the loop. Schools Chancellor Joel Klein tried to ease parents? concern at a community round table meeting. Klein told parents that the Board of Education (BOE) is working to add more teachers and make class sizes smaller. He also pleaded with parents to trust the BOE. Klein says he will continue to hold community meetings. However, many parents said the meeting didn?t help much and they still feel left in the dark.
