Thousands are still without power in Brooklyn after Superstorm Sandy hit last week, and a new storm system is bringing falling temperatures and snow. Residents in Geritsen Beach and Coney Island are growing more desperate by the hour. Many people who have generators haven't been able to find fuel to power them, so they're sitting in the frigid darkness.
