STORM WATCH

State of emergency declared with storm bringing up to 4-6 inches of snow to Brooklyn

The Brooklyn teenager convicted of killing radio newsman George Weber was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison today.
Sentencing had been delayed last week for 19-year-old John Katehis after a second jury found him guilty of the 2009 fatal stabbing in Weber's Carroll Gardens home.
Katehis' first trial ended with a hung jury.
