A woman who has been dubbed the "Black Madam" is now facing murder charges.

According to investigators, Padge Windslowe killed a British woman after an illegal plastic surgery procedure. They say the 42-year-old injected the woman with silicone and other substances during butt augmentations.

Windslowe made local headlines two years ago after Melissa Liseth, of The Bronx, nearly died during a similar black market medical procedure. She has accused Windslowe of performing a botched surgery, but the investigation into that incident is still open.
