Bright and still blooming flowers get a new life after weddings and other events through the nonprofit.

News 12 was there as the team packed up over 160 arrangements they created from donated flowers.

They were taken to Cobble Hill Health Center and handed out to seniors. It was a way to brighten their day and reuse flowers that otherwise would have been trashed.

The nonprofit hosts weekly upcycle programs where people can help with their mission.

They deliver to homeless shelters, senior centers and other facilities.
