Police say a body recovered in the waters of Mill Basin is that of a missing Brooklyn teen.

According to police, 17-year-old Paul Zaccaria was hit on a Jet Ski and went overboard in late June. The body police found was discovered in the water by Kings Plaza Sunday near Zaccaria?s home. Zaccaria?s relatives say they still have many unanswered questions.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn teen witnesses say hit Zaccaria has been charged in the incident. Police say the teen is charged with leaving the scene of a crash and failure to report a vessel accident.
