A body was found on the 13th floor of a Mount Haven apartment building at around 4 a.m. this morning.A neighbor who lives across from the stairs describes the stairwell as an area where people go to do drugs and other unsavory acts.Police say the body is of a 28-year-old African American woman. Authorities are currently investigating to see if neighbors saw anything.
