Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who burglarized a home last Tuesday in Borough Park.
Investigators say the suspect used an unknown object to break into the residence near East 51st Street and 9th Avenue around 3 a.m.
He stole mail containing the 36-year-old victim’s credit cards before fleeing the scene in a white Jeep Cherokee.
Police say he used the credit cards for purchases at various locations.
