Borough President Eric Adams has released a new report that examines the conditions of 270 parks in Brooklyn.

The 65-page report, released Monday, says 88 percent of parks do not have access to public Wi-Fi, 11 percent don't have drinking fountains and 40 percent lack comfort stations with restroom access.

Adams said he hopes the findings will spread awareness and eventually increase city funding and community engagement for what he calls essential areas of Brooklyn.

People passing through Highland Park in Cypress Hills said they don't think there's enough greenery in Brooklyn and that they support any way to protect those areas.

The Parks Department agrees, saying in a statement, "We share his commitment to engaging with our local communities through our grassroots efforts like the Community Parks Initiative, which has already impacted more than 1 million children through physical park improvements, expanded programming, and enhanced community partnerships."
