Borough President Eric Adams will join Manhattan's borough president Tuesday to unveil a new report with recommendations for improving relations between police and communities across the city.
The report was put together from several town hall meetings involving over 1,000 New Yorkers in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The proposal comes after numerous negative headlines alleging excessive force by police officers.
