Bronx man sentenced for raping woman in St. Mary's Park
The man sentenced was also involved in a separate incident in February 2022 where he allegedly stole a car and crashed it.

A Bronx man has been sentenced to 20 years in Prison for raping a woman at knifepoint in broad daylight in Saint Mary's Park.
Bronx district attorney Darcel Clark says the man, 20-year-old Christopher Martinez, waited near the victim's home in Mott Haven last May, approached her and robbed her of $60 and a credit card at knifepoint before taking her to St. Mary's Park and raping her.
Martinez was also involved in a separate incident in February 2022 where he allegedly stole a car and crashed it.
