A Bronx native and multiplatinum producer is telling his life story through his debut book with the hope to inspire young kids from his home borough.
Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson grew up on East 169th Street and Washington Avenue.
He says "Life of Amadeus: The Beat Goes On" is all about how he became the man he is today. The book touches on the hustle, what he learned from his childhood and how he has made a mark in the music industry working with big names like Trey Songz, 50 Cent, Jennifer Lopez and French Montana.
He says his goal with this children's book is to encourage kids to aim high.
