A Brooklyn jury is deliberating the fate of a teen who is charged in the murder of another teen over his iPod.
Aaron Farrell faces robbery and second-degree murder charges in the July 2005 slaying of 15-year-old Christopher Rose. Attorneys wrapped up their closing arguments Wednesday. The district attorney argued that even if Farrell did not rob or stab Rose, he is still guilty. However, the defense feels the lack of a witness attributing Farrell with a larger role in the crime leaves room for reasonable doubt.
If convicted, Farrell could be sentenced to 25 years. His cousin has already been convicted in the crime.
