Brooklyn man arrested, two others sought for attack inside Crown Heights parking garage

Police say a Brooklyn man was arrested, and two other men remain at large, responsible for an attack inside a Crown Heights parking garage on Nov. 21.

Yarvion Pickering, 26, is charged with assault and gang assault, accused of beating a 44-year-old man inside the 1700 Bedford Ave. garage around 10 a.m.

Authorities say the trio approached the man from behind and began punching him all over his body.

Once the 44-year-old was on the ground, one man began hitting him repeatedly with a baseball bat while two others kicked and stomped his head. Police did not clarify Pickering’s alleged role in the attack.

EMS took the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Kings County. Authorities say he is expected to recover.

The men ran from the garage into an unknown location inside 1700 Bedford Ave.

Police say one of the suspects sought was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a green adidas vest, black sweatpants and white sneakers. The other was observed wearing a black du-rag, a camouflage shirt and pants, a black hooded jacket and black and green sneakers.
