One week after the terrorist attacks in India, Brooklyn residents are mourning the 179 victims.
A memorial service was held at the Sea Breeze Jewish Center in Brighton Beach Wednesday night to honor those killed in Mumbai, including Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife Rivka, of Crown Heights, and the Brooklyn-born Rabbi Leibish Teitelbaum.
Funeral services were held in Israel Tuesday for the Holtzbergs. People who attended the event said it was especially painful to hear the couple?s 2-year-old son, who was rescued from the Chabad House by his nanny, cry out for his mother.
