Many Brooklyn residents spent Sunday digging out cars and shoveling sidewalks. The blizzard brought more than 2 feet of snow in some areas, making it the second largest snowstorm in New York City history.

Many Brooklyn residents spent Sunday digging out cars and shoveling sidewalks.
The blizzard brought more than 2 feet of snow in some areas, making it the second largest snowstorm in New York City history.
The sun helped melt the snow, but there is a lot of water on the streets of Brooklyn.
Residents say they are determined to dig themselves out and get ready for Monday.
Residents are advised to dress warmly in many layers as well as gloves and hats when heading outdoors.
