Brooklyn residents are being encouraged to shop locally for Small Business Saturday.

Brooklyn Magazine published a list of 20 shops in the borough to visit for the annual shopping event.

Some of the stores on the list include Milly and Earl, a shop for clothing and rustic home decor, and Slapback, a vintage-inspired boutique. Both businesses are in Williamsburg.

Shen Beauty in Cobble Hill and Color Brooklyn in Prospect Heights were also recommended to shoppers.
