Some Brooklyn senior citizens took center stage Wednesday night to debut their ukulele talents after four months of practice.
The seniors learned to play the small guitar-like instrument, which means jumping flee, thanks to a grant from Seniors Partnering with Artists Citywide (SPARC).
The premiere performance was held at the Jalopy Theater in Red Hook, but the musically inclined group hopes to take its show on the road and perform at senior centers throughout the borough.
